The volume of the building is composed of three asymmetric sections, of different heights, standing on a plinth which accommodates the lobby and runs across the entire width of the boulevard. These sections create a visual dynamic, translate the differences of scale and herald the opening onto the Park Gaucheret.

The building is located along the green avenue of the Boulevard du Roi Albert II. These gardens lead naturally to Zenith’s esplanade and approach its central façade toward the hanging gardens which punctuate and form its natural continuity.
